If you watch The Adventures of Tintin the above title might be familiar to you. You hit a wall, you push through it. It's the short line in the movie that Captain Haddock told to Tintin. 

Captain Haddock: Failed. There are plenty of others willing to call you a failure. A fool. A loser. A hopeless souse. Don't you ever say it of yourself. You send out the wrong signal, that is what people pick up. Don't you understand? You care about something, you fight for it. You hit a wall, you push through it. There's something you need to know about failure, Tintin. You can never let it defeat you. 

Life can be tough but don't give up. You're life may be hard but don't hate it. Think that life is a roller coaster, sometimes things can go wrong but stay calm and think that things will get better. I have a problem, you may have a problem and all we can do is stand up and stay strong. When life gets too hard to stand.. kneel and pray.

Sometimes God lets our life get hard and  people around you may or may not help or understand but God gives strength from within and He will help us push through it. He truly does give me the strength in all the problems I'm facing now and I'm still blessed. Have faith in Him, help yourself, positive and negative thinking is an attitude. Say that, "You can do it!". The route to a happier life is through happy thoughts.
